Embrace future with courage and clarity: Dr Metri to NADP students

 

 

National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), a premier institution under Munitions India Limited, celebrated the inauguration of the third batch of its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) programme for the academic years 2025–27. The event, held at Raman Hall, NADP was graced by Dr Bhimaraya Metri, Director of IIM Nagpur, as the chief guest. In his keynote address, Dr Metri urged the students to embrace the future with courage and clarity.

 

He also praised NADP for its foresight in launching the PGDM programme. Dr J P Dash, in his welcome address, invoked the spirit of Jnana (knowledge), Karma (action), and Bhakti (devotion), describing NADP as a “modern Gurukul” where students are nurtured not just as professionals, but as visionary leaders with integrity. The programme briefing by Rajarshi Dey, Deputy Director and Programme Director, outlined the curriculum’s focus on strategic thinking, innovation, and industry relevance. Dr A S Khan proposed vote of thanks.
