Comrade Yadav appointed JCM at DGQA, New Delhi

 

 

Comrade Jitendra Singh Yadav, a senior leader from Senior Quality Assurance Establishment (Armament) and LPR Khamaria, has been appointed as a member of the Joint Consultative Machinery (JCM) – Level 3 at the Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA) Headquarters, New Delhi. His nomination comes upon the recommendation of AIDEF National President Comrade SN Pathak and General Secretary Comrade C Srikumar. Following his appointment, there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement among the dedicated workforce of SQAE and LPR Khamaria, CQAE GCF Jabalpur, SQAE GCF Jabalpur, CQAE(V) Jabalpur, QA\&E Katni, QA\&E (ME) Khamaria, and Ordnance Factory Khamaria. Comrade Yadav is widely recognized for his relentless efforts in championing workers' rights since the beginning of his career.

 

As the former General Secretary of the CP Itarsi Workers’ Union, he played a pivotal role in resolving many critical labor issues and stood firm against administrative disciplinary actions during times of struggle. In addition to his leadership skills, Comrade Yadav is known for his legal acumen and sportsmanship. He is not only an expert in labor laws but also an accomplished football and kabaddi player. He has served as a national kabaddi referee and remained an active member of the working committee and JCM-IV as well. His extensive experience and qualifications have led to his nomination to JCM-III. On his achievement, IOF Workers Union members, former President and retired officer D.K. Manjhi, General Secretary Vinay Singh Patel, current President Arjun Singh and representatives of different unions and associations of ordnance factories have congratulated him and wished for success in future labour movement.
