The Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA) recently organised an enlightening industrial visit to Hindalco Industry Limited Plant Mouda for its esteemed members at the. As a flagship member of the Aditya Birla Group, Hindalco specialises in producing bare foil for pharmaceutical and food applications. Witnessing the best-in-class facilities and state-of-the-art foil manufacturing processes was truly inspiring for the visitors. The members were also impressed by the recent upgrade of facilities from Novelis and the integration of a Solar plant with over 21,000 panels, currently meeting 25 per cent of their energy demand.

 

Harish Talreja, CEO (Foil Plant), Vishwas Kamble, along with his team, guided the delegation through the environmentally friendly manufacturing processes, advanced foil rolling facility, and modern packaging divisions. The team was led by VIA Secretary, Kaushal Mohta (Truform Techno Products).
