DEPARTMENT of Physical Education & Sports of Shri Shivaji Education Society, Amravati’s Dhanwate National College (DNC) will be organising a One Day Interdisciplinary National Conference on ‘Contribution of Sports in Nation Building’ at the Matoshri Vimalabai Deshmukh Sabhagruha, on college campus on August 11. The programme is sponsored by PM USHA 3.0, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

 

The conference will be inaugurated at the hands of Dr Pankaj Bhoyar, Minister of State at 10:30 am. Hemant Kalmegh, Executive Member, Shri Shivaji Education Society, Amravati, will preside over. The guests of honour include Pallavi Dhatrak, Dr Babarao Choudhari, Dr Vishal Banne, Dr Anil Karwande, Dr OS Deshmukh and Dr Subhash Gawande. The keynote address will be delivered by Dr Banne, who is Prof & Head, Department of Physical Education, Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur.
