THE 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shriram Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd, Nagpur was held at Scientific Society Hall, Laxmi Nagar, on August 10, 2025.
During the FY 2024-25 the bank has achieved greater heights by achieving business level of Rs 15971.46 lakh, net profit of Rs 129.95 lakh and continued to maintain the net NPA level to zero per cent.
The CRAR of the bank was 22.10 per cent, which indicates very sound financial position of the bank. The bank has achieved Financially Sound and Well Managed Bank (FSWM) status consecutively for last three
years and also achieved
Audit Rating ‘A’.
Parag Saraf, Chairman informed that the bank has taken a leap forward by achieving good rise in various parameters viz. deposits, advances, share capital, net profit, CD ratio etc.
Chairman Parag Saraf, Vice Chairman, Ajit Gokarn, other members of the Board and M P Kulkarni, CEO were present on the occasion. The meeting was compared by Deepika Kunte and Aboli Deshpande. The event concluded by recitation of ‘Pasaydan’ by Avanti Kawishwar.
