Aditya Anagha Multistate Credit Co-operative Society Limited, an organisation known for its innovative approach in the co-operative sector, successfully conducted its first leadership and training off-site programme at Noormahal Palace in Karnal with great enthusiasm. The selection of diligent and honest employees for this two-day programme was based on specific criteria, and they received a rich and inspiring experience.
This training, set in the royal ambiance has given a new direction and strength to Aditya Anagha’s value-based leadership development journey.
The programme began with a Human Resources session.
This was followed by an inspiring session by Vikas Jain, who encouraged the participants. A special moment at the end of the programme was the presence of Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhry, who awarded certificates to all the participants.
