Business Reporter :
Though rainy season is pleasant and liked by most it is essential to follow precautions to prevent recurrent illness. Diseases like cold, flu, cough, fever, diarrhoea, malaria etc. occur commonly during the rainy season.
During the rainy season, it is necessary to take adequate precautions to prevent disease.
In case of cold, coughing, frequent sneezing, loss of appetite, body aches, etc., take Laxmivilas Ras (Nardiya) 1 tablet to be crushed with honey or ginger juice.
Baidyanath Kasamrit should be taken 2-2 spoon three times in a day.
If the intensity of cough is high, half teaspoon of Sitopaladi Churna mixed with honey should be taken.
In case of fever due to cold, take Baidyanath Mahasudarshan Ghan Bati 1-1 tablet in the morning and evening with Mahasudarshan Kadha 4-4 tsp. with equal quantity of water after a meal. Meals should be light and digestible. Contaminated water during the monsoon often leads to digestive disturbances, resulting in diarrhoea. In such conditions, take Sanjeevani Bati, 1 tablet three times a day.
Thus, if due care is taken during rainy season, the disease can be prevented to some extent, says a press note by Vaidya Ramesh Sharma (M.D. Ayu), Pradhan Vaidya. For details, call on customer care no.: 8448444935 or visit website: www.baidyanath.co
