INDIAN Institute of Management, Nagpur (IIM Nagpur) and MaharashtraMetro Rail Corporation Limited (Maha Metro) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for promoting innovation and excellence in human resource management on Wednesday. Shravan Hardikar, Managing Director of MahaMetro and Bhimrai Maitri, Director of IIM Nagpur signed the MoU in a programme.

 

Anil Kokate, Director (Strategic Planning) of MahaMetro, Harendra Pandey, Director (Finance), Anup Kumar Prof. Practice of IIM (Former Administrative Officer), and Lieutenant Colonel M V Alur (Retd), Chief Administrative Officer were also present. This collaboration reflects the commitment of both institutions towards promoting innovation and excellence in human resource management. IIM Nagpur will analyse current remuneration structure of MahaMetro and compare it with public and private sector counterparts.
