IG, Collector, SP, officers inspect preparations for VVIP visits in city

 

 

 

Inspector General of Police (Jabalpur Zone) Pramod Kumar Verma, accompanied by Collector Deepak Saxena and Superintendent of Police Sampat Upadhyay, conducted inspection of preparations being carried out for VVIP visits in the city for inauguration of newly constructed flyover, on Friday. IG, Verma instructed the officers for making vigilant law and order arrangements to avoid any kind of interruption during the programme.

 

During the inspection, Municipal Commissioner Preeti Yadav, Additional Collector Misha Singh, along with other concerned officials, visited the site to review the arrangements on Mahanadda road. Officials examined all aspects related to the inauguration and issued necessary instructions to ensure the successful conduct of the program. Emphasis was laid on completing all arrangements well in advance and maintaining proper coordination among departments. The inspection focused on event management, security, crowd control, traffic regulation and other essential facilities required for smooth execution of the high-profile function.
