Listing on stock exchange validates a company’s credibility: Chaudhary

 

 

“LISTING on the stock exchange is not just a financial milestone but also a validation of a company’s credibility, governance, and growth trajectory,” said Shashikant Chaudhary, Co-founder of Happyeaters.ai, Serial Entrepreneur and Angel Investor while speaking at the session on ‘Zero to Listing’ conducted by Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA) Finance and Economy Forum, recently. He elaborated on listing as an essential exit path for angel, VC, and PE investors, defining it as a ‘trust event’ that enhances transparency and allows companies to attract top-tier talent and CXOs by offering a clear future.

Earlier, Prashant Mohota, President of VIA, shared how forums like these play a crucial role in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
