Leadership is another key soft skill. You don’t need to be a manager to be a leader. Leadership means inspiring others, making good decisions when things are uncertain, and helping teams work well together. It also includes being emotionally intelligent, which means understanding your own feelings and those of others. Problem-solving skills help you figure out solutions when things go wrong or when you face new challenges. Being adaptable is increasingly important as workplaces change rapidly. This means being flexible when plans change, learning from mistakes, and staying productive even under pressure.

 

Creative Skills: They involve coming up with new ideas, expressing yourself in interesting ways, and approaching problems differently. While people often think creativity is only for artists, it's actually valuable in every field.

 

Writing and storytelling, visual communication, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking etc are creative skills. While its helpful to think about these three kills separately, the most successful people are good at all three. Technical skills give you expertise, soft skills help you work with others, and creative skills help you innovate and stand out.
