In a grand felicitation ceremony held at a private hotel in New Delhi, Bhilai’s Pushpa Ambrose was conferred with the prestigious Bharat Gaurav Ratna Shri Samman Award approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The award ceremony, organised by the BGRSS Council, honoured individuals for their outstanding contributions to their respective fields and to the nation.
Pushpa, known for her exemplary work in the steel industry for over 30 years, was applauded for her consistent efforts in promoting ethical practices, workplace safety, and process safety strategies in the sector.
She was also recognised for her contribution to society—helping underprivileged children access education through her personal efforts as well as support from the NGOs she is associated with. She was also awarded with the post of National Vice-President by World Human Rights Protection Commission for one year from now. The
event was attended by dignitaries from across India and marked a celebration of excellence, leadership, and nation building.
