Mayor stressed co-ordinated efforts to ensure no complaint remains pending

Mayor Malati Rai on Tuesday reviewed the Mayor Helpline and directed officials to expedite the resolution of all received complaints. The review was conducted at the Smart City Office’s control room. During the review, the Mayor sought detailed information on the status of complaints received on the helpline and their resolution. It was reported that a total of 812 complaints have been registered in September so far, with 408 successfully resolved. Action is being taken to quickly address the remaining complaints.

Mayor Rai also discussed pending cases with officials from various departments over the phone, instructing them to resolve the complaints immediately. “Our goal is to provide a quick and effective solution to every problem faced by our city residents,” she said. “Through this helpline, we want to maintain direct communication with citizens.” She further instructed the officials to work in co-ordination and ensure that no complaint remains pending.
