NAGPUR’S Reshal Bhati has completed hyrox fitness race in Mumbai finishing the event in 2 hours and 23 minutes. With this achievement, she becomes the youngest girl from city to finish a hyrox, inspiring the city’s youth to embrace fitness. The 22-year-old Reshal is Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) ‘Swachhata Brand Ambassador’. Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines 8 km of running with 8 functional workout stations, testing both strength and endurance. Dubbed the ‘World Series of Fitness’, it has gained world-wide recognition for being one of the toughest yet most engaging multi-functional fitness events. Reshal credited her success to NMC and the guidance of her coaches Anil Trivedi, Dr Sunil Kapgate and Dr Amit Samarth, who each played a vital role in her journey. Speaking about the milestone, Reshal said, “Crossing the finish line of my first hyrox was a surreal moment. It was a last-minute decision, but focusing on diet, sleep, and consistent movement helped me achieve success.”
