Collector Raghvendra Singh, while chairing his maiden meeting with Revenue officials emphasised on the need for timely resolution of all pending revenue-related cases. He instructed officers to ensure that all revenue matters, especially those pending for 100 days, are addressed on a priority basis within stipulated timelines. During the meeting, the Collector reviewed issues related to mutation, partition, demarcation, ROR (Record of Rights), farmers’ e-KYC, encroachment removal, tenancy rights, and contempt cases.

He stressed that revenue officers must dispose of more cases daily than the number of new cases registered on the RCMS (Revenue Case Management System) to effectively reduce pendency. He also reviewed progress on e-office implementation, revenue courts, RBC 6(4) cases, government land allocation, farmer registry, crop survey, encroachment removal, and maintenance of damaged office buildings. Singh directed officers to ensure prompt and satisfactory redressal of complaints related to the Revenue Department received through the CM Helpline, stressing that the quality of resolutions must meet applicants’ expectations.

Agricultural issues were also discussed with officials from the Agriculture and Revenue departments, including proper fertilizer distribution and stubble management. Additional Collector, Nathuram Gond, along with all revenue officials of the district were present.
