ICSI hosts Teachers’ conference

 

 

Teacher’s Conference on the theme “Empowering Educators “was recently organised by the Nagpur Chapter of WIRC of the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI) on at Nagpur Chapter’s office. The conference was attended by around 100 faculties from different schools / colleges / university / institutions. CS Sarrah Katawala, Chairperson of the Chapter, CS Monica Bhattad, Treasurer; CS Khushal Bajaj, Member, of Nagpur Chapter welcomed the participants. The chief of the session was Dr Medha Kanetkar, Dean Faculty of Commerce and Management, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and Principal Shri Niketan Arts & Commerce College, Nagpur.

 

The guest of honour of was Ashish Pande, President of Bhartiya Janata Party-North India Front, Nagpur City. Session on motivational and life skills by CS Shantanu Jog, session on corporate governance simplified by CS Khushal Bajaj and session on career opportunities as company secretary by CS Sarrah Katawala were conducted. The conference was followed by felicitation of all the participants. The anchor of the program was CS Shruti Purohit and Vote of thanks was proposed by CS Priyanka Khandelwal.
