Staff Reporter :
“Every Government employee is a servant of the people, and selfless service must be their foremost approach. A sense of dedication towards duty should inspire insight, and we must encourage ourselves to align our professional responsibilities with larger national objectives,” said Rakesh Sahrawat, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I, while inaugurating the three-day National Karmayogi Public Service Programme, on Monday.
At the opening ceremony, Rakesh Sahrawat welcomed Master Trainers Lalitesh Singh Nayak, Regional Commissioner-II and Akshay Kumar Mishra, Assistant Commissioner, by presenting them with floral bouquets.
During the three-day training
programme, master trainers will share insights with all officers and staff about the objectives and significance of the National Karmayogi Public Service initiative.
Commissioner Sahrawat informed that the training is divided into four key modules including The Role of a Karmayogi Officer for the Nation, Moving Beyond Initial Success towards a Balanced, Nation-Centric Approach, Developing the Qualities of an Ideal Administrative Officer and How Officers Can Play a Crucial Role in Nation-Building.
He further highlighted that the government’s aim behind this initiative is to create a transparent, efficient and citizen-centric administration, while ensuring full
utilisation of the talent, sensitivity, and service capabilities of Government employees. Under Mission Karmayogi, the focus is on fostering professionalism, excellence, ethics and accountability
in governance.
Appealing to all officers and
staff attending the training, Sahrawat urged them to make the most of the sessions and actively participate in the programme.
