RAIPUR Automobile Dealers Association (RADA) continued its tradition of organising meaningful programmes for its members and employees with the aim of strengthening the industry and its workforce. In this series, a special session on ‘HR Impact’ was organised under the joint aegis of Federation of Automobiles Dealer Association (FADA) WIF.
Former FADA National President Manish Raj Singhania, FADA Women’s Chairperson Rashmi Kale, RADA President Ravindra Bhasin, FADA Women’s State Chairperson Tavanpreet Kaur Bhasin along with RADA board members Suraj Parwani and Abhinav Rishi graced the programme.
Around 35 HR officials and employees from Raipur’s automobile dealerships actively participated in the session.
Conducting the programme, Tavanpreet Kaur Bhasin delivered an insightful presentation on the evolving role of HR in modern organisations. She emphasised that HR is not limited to administrative functions but plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of dealerships and driving their long-term growth. She highlighted how employee skill development and continuous up-skilling infuse new energy into organisations.
Sharing her views, FADA Women’s Chairperson Rashmi Kale described HR as the ‘heartbeat of an organisation’,
stressing that when the department works with a balanced focus on both employees and dealers, it creates pathways for remarkable progress. She underlined the importance of empowering women and creating opportunities for young talent in the industry.
In his concluding remarks, RADA President Ravindra Bhasin reaffirmed the association’s spirit of unity, likening its members to a family bound by brotherhood. He stressed that every challenge can be resolved through dialogue and collaboration, and called upon all members to carry this collective spirit forward in taking the organisation to greater heights.
