The cultural festival ‘Tejaswini 2025’, the Grand Teej Milan organised by Bhilai Mahila Samaj concluded with great zeal, festivity, and traditional fervour. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of all units and clubs of Bhilai Mahila Samaj, who showcased their talent and creativity through a variety of performances.
 
The programme was presided over by Smita Giri, Acting President, Bhilai Mahila Samaj. Also present on the occasion were Vice Presidents, Pranoti Mukhopadhyay, Molly Chakraborty, Chhavi Nigam, Poonam Kumar, Asha Rani, Renuka Ravindranath, along with Sonali Rath, General Secretary, Chaiti Pal, Joint Secretary, Shikha Jain, Treasurer, Rita Tiwari, Joint Treasurer, along with Working Committee members Rukhsana Sheikh, Sapna Soni, Sushma Salwatkar, Nilima Sahu, Lakshmi Patel, Babita Singh, Ragini Sharma, Sudha Sharma, and secretaries, joint secretaries, treasurers and members from all units. As part of the celebration, 20 participants selected from 10 clubs presented attractive performances. Winners from the first, second and third positions of their respective clubs participated in a colourful ramp walk in traditional attire. Among them, Archana Verma from Sector-9 Club was crowned as the ‘Teej Queen.’ A vibrant Inter-Club Duet Dance Competition also enthralled the audience.
 
Sector 10B Club secured the first prize for their graceful Radha-Krishna dance, while Maroda Club and Sector 8 Club bagged the second and third prizes respectively. The performances were judged by Sagarika Padhi and Upasana Tiwari. Adding a social message to the festivities, the Working Committee of Bhilai Mahila Samaj staged a short play based on the use of eco-friendly leaf plates, which was highly appreciated by the audience. The Masala Unit also organised a special lucky draw for its consumers during the event. The programme was compered by Dr Jyoti Sharma and Sandhya Verma, while the collective efforts of committees from all units contributed significantly to the success of the programme.
