Collector Raghvendra Singh chaired a review meeting of pending files and also reviewed preparations for idols immersion. During the meeting, department-wise cases under the CM Helpline were reviewed, and officers were instructed to ensure their resolution within the stipulated time frame. Directions were also issued to expedite the disposal of other pending matters.
The Collector discussed progress in farmer registries, preparations for paddy procurement, and verification of land records, providing necessary instructions to the concerned officials. He further directed that meetings be conducted with licensed traders under the Bhavantar Yojana, district-level nodal officers be appointed in the mandi, and district-level meetings be organised to address issues related to the scheme. SDMs were also instructed to hold departmental-level meetings on the subject.
Collector Singh also reviewed the status of Durga idols across urban local bodies and the arrangements at immersion sites, emphasizing that the Durga Visarjan process should be carried out peacefully and in an
orderly manner. Officials were asked to provide updates on issues highlighted in newspapers related to public interest and take prompt action to resolve them.
During the meeting, Municipal Commissioner Ramprakash Ahirwar, Additional Collector Nathuram Gond and other senior officials were present.
Besides this, Municipal Corporation presented a report on the Swachh Vayu Survey and urged support to successfully implement the National Clean Air Programme.
