Bhavans Prism School, Sharda Ladies Club distribute sweaters, shoes, quilts, blankets to Divyang students

BHARTIYA Vidya Bhavans Prism
School and Sharda Ladies Club,
in a joint effort, provided
sweaters, shoes, quilts, blankets,
and multi-purpose geysers to
some 50 students residing at the
Divyang Government Hostel in
Prem Nagar, Satna.
The programme began with
Divyang students captivating
everyone with their wonderful
performance of welcome songs,
bhajans, and instrumental music
using the dholak, harmonium,
and ‘manjira’.
Shukla, the warden
of the residential hostel, welcomed Sunita Singh, President of
Sharda Ladies Club, and the
members from Prism School.

Sharda Ladies Club, praised the
activities of the hostel. Devendra
Mishra, DGM CSR & PR of Prism
Johnson Limited, informed about
the social development work
being done by Prism Johnson
Limited under its corporate social
responsibility initiatives. Teacher
Dr Prachi Khare congratulated
and extended best wishes to the
staff of Divyang hostel.
Sports teacher Virendra Gupta
provided invaluable support. Ten
members of the club’s executive
committee, including Dr Usha
Kiran Singh, were present.
Prism School students Harsh
Mishra, Anandvardhan, Ahona
Bhattacharya, Nishika Tyagi, and
Ishita Singh presented a street
play titled ‘Mobile: A Boon or a
Curse’. In all, 25 students from
Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Prism
School met their differently abled friends, showcasing their
goodwill, simplicity, ease, and
selfless love.
