decision. Citing social rejection, mental pressure and opposition even from close quarters, the Madhya Pradesh-based celebrity has
decided to step away from promoting
Sanatan Dharma and return to the glamour
world.
Speaking to the media in Jabalpur while
taking a holy dip in river Narmada on the
occasion of Makar Sankranti, Harsha said
the journey that began with Mahakumbh 2025
is now coming to an end.
She alleged that
she has faced continuous opposition and
mental harassment over the past year and
is no longer in a position to endure it. Harsha
alleged that her critics not only questioned
her efforts to follow the path of religion but
also raised serious allegations about her
character. She said every action of hers was
opposed and her intentions were constantly doubted, leaving her under prolonged
mental stress.
Harsha Richharia said she is
not Goddess Sita to keep proving herself
again and again, adding that she has already
endured as many trials as she could. She stated that following the religious path adversely affected her financial condition.
Harsha said that in her earlier professional
life there was neither opposition nor character assassination and she never faced issues
such as financial dependence or uncertainty. She said she now wishes to regain the dignity and respect she once enjoyed.
Harsha further said she will take a holy
dip on Mauni Amavasya at Magh Mela, ongoing at Prayagraj. With this ritual, she will
formally end her religious vow. After that,
she will resume her acting career and officially return to the glamour industry. She
added that the glamour world had given her
peace and stability, where her character was
not questioned in this manner. Harsha said
she now wants to live life with self respect
and dignity
