SEVERAL cricket players, including Indian T20 Captain
Suryakumar Yadav, arrived at
the Pench Tiger Reserve in Seoni
district ahead of the five-match
T20 series between India and
New Zealand. The visit was private, but as news of the players’
arrival spread, the Pench area
was thronged by cricket fans
and tourists. A video of the players’ jungle safari surfaced on
Tuesday.
According to reports,
Suryakumar Yadav, along with
Sanju Samson, Rinku Singh,
Ishan Kishan, and Ravi Bishnoi,
embarked on a jungle safari in
Pench. All the players were seen
touring the jungle in a gypsy.
During the safari, they spotted
leopards and other wildlife,
although they missed a tiger.
Despite this, the players enjoyed
the jungle safari.
As soon as the players arrived
in Pench, fans gathered around
the resort and safari area.
People
were seen taking photos and
selfies with their favourite players. The players also delighted
the fans by posing for pictures
with them.
After the safari, the players
shared photos and videos of
their jungle excursion on their
social media accounts, which
are rapidly going viral. While
departing from Pench for
Nagpur, a wildlife photographer
also gifted Suryakumar Yadav a
wildlife-themed calendar.
It was reported that after the
safari, all the players left for
Nagpur for practice sessions. It
is worth noting that the T20
series between India and New
Zealand will begin on January
21, with a total of five matches.
