The invitation is a part of an initiative taken by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, GoI, under the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The program identifies NSS persons across the nation who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to social service and community innovation, granting them the honor of witnessing the national celebrations as distinguished guests. The selected delegates will join the ceremony in presence of the President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Mansukh Mandaviya.

As part of the official itinerary, the guests will participate in a guided tour of the capital and engage in high-level interactions with central leadership. Vice-Chancellor, Rani Durgavati University, Professor Rajesh Kumar Verma characterized the selection as a moment of immense prestige for the institution. Registrar Professor Surendra Singh, Dr Shobharam Mehra, NSS Program Coordinator, Dean of Student Welfare Professor Vivek Mishra and District NSS Organiser Dr Anand Singh Rana congratulated both Dr Gautam and Gupta.
