Vidarbha-level badminton from 28th

 

 

THE Nagpur District Badminton Association (NDBA), under the aegis of the Maharashtra Badminton Association (MBA), will be organising Yonex–Sunrise Vidarbha-level Badminton Tournament from January 28 at the Subhedar Badminton Hall, RTMNU Sports Complex, Ravi Nagar.

 

The championship will be for Vidarbha region registered players from Amravati, Akola, Bhandara, Buldhana, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Nagpur, Wardha, Washim and Yavatmal districts. The tournament will feature 36 events, covering Under-9 to Under-17 categories, Senior events, and Masters categories from 35+ up to 60+, including singles, doubles, and mixed doubles formats. A total cash prize of Rs 2,00,000 will be at stake. Matches will be played using Yonex feather shuttles and the tournament will follow BWF, BAI, and MBA competition regulations. The last date for entries and withdrawal is January 25 and draw will be held on January 27. Entries will be accepted only through the official MBA website (www.mbasso.in), informs a press release.
