VED Council submits Nagpur Cluster-wise Skill Development report to district authorities

 

 

IN A major step toward transforming the regional workforce, the Vidarbha Economic Development (VED) Council formally handed over the Nagpur Cluster-wise Skill Development Report to the District Skill Development, Employment & Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, recently. The report was presented by President Rina Sinha and Joint Secretary Aliasger Wagh to Sunanda Bajaj, Assistant Commissioner, District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, Nagpur.

 

Sinha emphasised that creating a workforce that is industry-ready is critical for the economic acceleration of Vidarbha. Bajaj welcomed the initiative, noting that such data-driven reports are essential for the Government to design effective grassroots-level interventions. The meeting was attended by Ritik Awathare, District Skill Development Employment Guidance Officer-Nagpur; Yogesh Kunte, Division Skill Development Assistant and other officials.
