G K Electric achieves milestone of 4,000 satisfied customers

 

 

 

G K Electric, a company manufacturing electric vehicles for last-mile transport has achieved a milestone of 4,000 satisfied customers. The initiative of GK Group promoting self-employment and self-reliance through ‘Made in Chhattisgarh’ e-vehicles has been widely appreciated by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Finance Minister O P Choudhary and Transport Minister Kedar Kashyap. After the inauguration programme of the RADA Auto Expo 2026, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Finance Minister O P Choudhary and Transport Minister Kedar Kashyap visited the GK Electric stall. The ministers inspected the electric passenger and goods vehicles manufactured by GK Group and also got appraised of the features of G K Electric vehicles from the senior officials of the G K Group officials, Director of G K Group and CAIT National Vice Chairman Amar Parwani and Director Punit Parwani. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that G K Group is promoting ‘Made in Chhattisgarh’ which is a commendable initiative.

 

He said that while the state has a strong steel industry, G K Group is working on value addition related to it. He added that setting up vehicle manufacturing plants is also a priority sector for the state government and from this perspective, GK Group is doing very good work. Finance Minister O P Choudhary said that GK Group is contributing to economic development while Transport Minister Kedar Kashyap stated that the group is working in the direction of promoting pollution-free transportation. Director of G K Group Puneet Parwani said that the manufacturing of G K Electric vehicles began in 2023 and electric vehicles are produced for last-mile transport including both goods and passenger vehicles. In the goods segment, the most affordable vehicle is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh and can carry up to 250 KGS of load. He further informed that the company has already sold 4,000 electric vehicles and all its customers are satisfied with the performance of the e-vehicles.
