President to inaugurate Bastar Pandum

 

 

 

 

President of India Droupadi Murmu will inaugurate divisional level Bastar Pandum-2026 at Jagdalpur in Bastar district on February 7. Administrative preparations have begun for the President’s visit to Bastar region. Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel held a meeting with the officers at Mantralaya, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar today to review the preparations of the President’s visit. He also gave necessary directives to the officers. Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel instructed the officials for making all necessary arrangements including security, medical care and transportation on the occasion of the President’s visit. The Chief Secretary inquired about all the arrangements in Bastar from the Collector via video conferencing. The Chief Secretary also gave necessary instructions to the Raipur Collector. Secretary of Culture Department Dr Rohit Yadav, Secretary of General Administration Department Avinash Champavat, Secretary of Home Department Neha Champavat, Secretary of Health Department Amit Kataria, Secretary of Public Works Department Dr Kamalpreet Singh and other senior officers attended the meeting.
