Quality Circles (NCQC), organised by the Quality Circle Forum
of India (QCFI), aims to provide a common platform for
employees to share, learn and present the practical aspects
of quality concepts.
The convention promotes the philosophy of “People Building”, which plays a significant role in

problem-solving among employees.
