THE Raipur district administration has begun pre-interview
training for candidates selected
for the UPSC Examination 2025
under Project Anubhav, with the
aim of strengthening confidence,
personality development and
presentation skills among young
aspirants. The initiative is being
implemented under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu
Deo Sai.
The training programme is
being conducted at the
Collector’s office in Raipur, where
candidates are being assessed
through structured mock interviews.
A panel of subject experts
is evaluating the aspirants and
offering practical guidance to
help them prepare effectively for
the final UPSC interview stage.
The expert panel includes
Collector Gaurav Singh, District
Panchayat CEO Kumar
Bishwaranjan, IPS officer Ishu
Agrawal, senior DCM of Railways
Awadhesh Kumar Trivedi, and
Bhuwal Singh, assistant professor from Science College.
During
the mock interviews, panel members questioned the candidates
on a wide range of topics and provided detailed feedback on their
responses, body language, clarity of thought and overall presentation. On the day, mock interviews were conducted for two
candidates, Harsh Verma and
Raman Patel. Each aspirant was
evaluated for approximately 45
to 50 minutes through an intensive interaction designed to simulate the actual UPSC interview
environment.
Officials said that Project
Anubhav is intended to give
selected candidates exposure to
real-life interview conditions and
expert insights, enabling them to
approach the final stage of the
civil services examination with
greater preparedness and confidence. The district administration plans to continue similar
sessions for other shortlisted candidates in the coming days.
