TO ENHANCE leadership, personality development, and selfconfidence among children aged
13 to 18 years, the Rotary Club
of Balaghat Royal is organising a
program called Rotary Youth
Leadership Award (RYLA) from
January 9 to 11.
Information regarding this
programme was shared by Rotary
Club office-bearers at a press
conference held at Balaghat. District RYLA Chair Baljeet Singh
Chhabra informed that RYLA
programme is being organised
at Celebration Van Vilas in Kanha.
Approximately 150 children
from across the country will participate. Participants from abroad
will also be joining, giving the
event an international dimension.

this is a prestigious Youth
Leadership Development
Programme of Rotary
International, aimed at developing leadership skills, self-confidence, discipline, teamwork, communication skills, decision-making abilities, and a sense of
responsibility towards society
among young people
. School and
college students aged 13 to 18
years, emerging young leaders,
and young people who are eager
to learn and grow can participate.
The programme will include
activities such as leadership
workshops, motivational sessions, personality development,
team-building activities, sports,
group discussions, and practical
training. Participants will also
receive a RYLA certificate.
He further informed that the
event is being organised by the
Rotary Club of Balaghat Royal.
Club President Sandeep Asati and
Secretary Ashish Sahu jointly stated that this programme is being
conducted under the guidance
of experienced Rotary members
