Bodies of man, wife, daughter foundhanging inside house at Tendukheda

 

 

IN A heart-wrenching incident, bodies of a man, his wife, their two-year-old daughter were found hanging from a noose inside their house, at Tendukheda, under the jurisdiction of Tendukheda police station area of Damoh district, on Thursday morning. The incident created sensation in the area as soon as the news spread.

 

The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Manish Kewat, who worked as a labourer, his 24-year-old wife Yashoda alias Mahi Kewat, who was pregnant, and two-year-old daughter Aarohi. The death of three members of the same family in this manner has raised many questions.

 

On receiving the information, SHO, Tendukheda police station Ravendra Bagri reached the spot with the police force and started investigations. Police have sealed the crime scene. Considering seriousness of the matter, the Forensic Science Lab (FSL) and dog squad have also been called to the spot.

 

No suicide note was recovered from the scene nor the reasons have been revealed. Police are investigating from all possible angles. The situation will become clear only after the post-mortem report and
