Presented by LORE, powered by Pagaria Homes, and conceptualised by Kathakar Atelier, Nagpur’s historic Chitnavis Wada is hosting ‘A Gathering of Seekers – Edition One: A Life in Architecture’ from September 26 to October 4, 2026. Marking the first festival of its scale in Vidarbha, the nine-day free-entry event brings together creators, architects, and artists through exhibitions, heritage walks, dialogues, film screenings, and musical performances. The centerpiece is a retrospective exhibition on senior Pune architect Girish Doshi’s four-decade career, making its Vidarbha debut after touring eight Indian cities.

The opening days featured insightful presentations by architects Girish Doshi, Veeram Shah, Bijoy Ramchandran, Majid Abidi, along with Asad and Shayan Firdosi sharing their 92-year family design legacy. Additional highlights included a heritage walk led by Sandeep Pathe and curated heritage lunches by Ajinkya and Vikram Gandhe. Speheaded by architect Sanket Vakharkar (Architect Kathakar), the festival continues daily from 10 AM to 9 PM, drawing architecture students and creative enthusiasts nationwide.
