3-day Abhyudaya Seva Pradarshan concludes

The 3rd edition of Abhyudaya Seva Pradarshan concluded at Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines, on Sunday. The one-of-its-kind event drew an enthusiastic crowd of social workers, entrepreneurs, students, and citizens. During the three-day exhibition, over 40 Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) showcased their works. Unlike typical commercial events, the exhibition organised by Gramayan Pratishthan in association with the Sir Gangadharrao Chitnavis Memorial Medical Research Trust, had nothing to sell. Instead, the event served as a dedicated platform for the NGOs to showcase their selfless social initiatives.

Snehaanchal is a registered charitable trust working hand-in-hand with patients facing serious illnesses like cancer. A specially trained team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, counselors, and volunteers collectively provides care and support to patients and their families. The core purpose of this institution is to provide a protective cover of love and care and alleviate the suffering experienced by the patient. Snehaanchal offers In-Patient Care, Out-Patient Care, regular Outreach OPDs, and training and advocacy programs. Patients facing unmanageable pain, breathlessness, or other distressing physical symptoms and needing round-the-clock medical supervision are admitted to the In-Patient facility. Milind Badge, a representative of the NGO, said that patients with advanced cancer who have no one to look after them are also admitted to the center. Snehaanchal’s office is located behind TB Ward, Old Imamwada Police Station Building, Nagpur.
