Actor Gulshan Devaiah takes a trip down memory lane as he shares some of his favourite ‘Versova Ka Versace’ looks put together over the past few years, revealing that every piece comes from his personal collection.
Gulshan took to Instagram, where he shared a string of pictures of his favourite looks. He emphasised the importance of developing an individual sense of style and said fashion is about having fun rather than blindly following trends. He wrote in the caption: “These are some of my favourite “Versova Ka Versace” looks that I’ve put together over the past few years. Every single item has come from my personal collection. I love fashion. I love dressing up.”
“To me it’s about having fun, developing a personal sense of style rather than wearing trends or expensive brands,” he added.
Talking about his approach to fashion, Gulshan said: “Fashion came into my life much before acting did. I studied fashion at NIFT, so for me, clothing has always been about individuality rather than chasing trends.”
“I’ve never been comfortable with the idea of dressing to fit into a box or to please the moment.
I style myself because it feels natural, I know what I like, what I’m comfortable in, and how I want to express myself.”
The actor understands that trends come and go, brands rise and fall, but personal style evolves with life and experience.
“I enjoy experimenting, being quirky, because that’s part of the process. As long as it feels honest , fun and true to who I am, I’m happy.”
