The much-anticipated Central India Management Conclave 2026 (CIMCON’26) will commence from February 20, at IIM Nagpur, ushering in three days of high-impact dialogue, strategic insight, and collaborative leadership. The technical and thematic sessions will begin at 4 pm, while the formal inauguration ceremony will be held at 7:30 pm. The conclave, centred on the powerful theme ‘10X in 10 Years’, aims to inspire leaders to reimagine growth through bold vision, disciplined execution, and purpose-driven innovation. With more than 450+ delegates already registered and over 50 distinguished speakers participating across 45+ curated sessions, CIMCON’26 is poised to become a landmark leadership platform for Central India.

 

The inaugural proceedings will be formally inaugurated at the hands of Anand Sancheti, Managing Director of SMS Limited. The ceremony will be graced by the presence of guest of honour Vishal Agarwal, Director, R C Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd., and Prashant Ugemuge. The event will take place in the august presence of Bhimaraya Metri, Director of Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, whose leadership has positioned IIM Nagpur as a growing centre of academic and institutional excellence. Earlier in the evening, beginning at 4 pm, the conclave will open with a thoughtfully designed preamble, setting the context for the 10X growth vision. The curtain raiser session, ‘Vision 10X Growth with Purpose’, will be delivered by Harish Bhat, Brand Custodian at Tata Sons, who will share insights on building enduring institutions anchored in purpose and long-term trust.

 

This will be followed by ‘Redefining India’s Tier-2 Narrative’ by Sanjeev Gupta, CEO of Karnataka Digital Economy Mission, highlighting the transformative rise of tier-2 cities as innovation-driven growth hubs. Adding a regional perspective, Vishal Agarwal of R C Plasto Group will address the gathering on ‘The Rise of Central India: Vision, Velocity and Value Creation’, outlining the region’s strategic inflection point and the need for co-ordinated growth leadership. As CIMCON’26 unfolds over the next three days, it is expected to catalyse meaningful conversations, strategic partnerships, and forward-looking solutions. The conclave marks a defining moment for Central India’s leadership ecosystem, a collective call to think bigger, move faster, and achieve 10X growth with purpose.
