SUMEDH Bhalerao smashed a fine half century to help Loco register a huge eight wickets win over RRB in the ongoing SECRSA Nagpur DRM Cup Inter-Department Cricket Tournament at Motibagh ground. RRB posted 92 for nine wickets in 10 overs with Pravin Chourasiya and Banti hitting an identical 28 runs each. For Loco (KAV) Department, Sanjay Jangid took highest three wickets. In reply, Loco (KAV) Department achieved the target in just 5.2 overs with Bhalerao smashing 70 runs.

 

For RRB (ALP), Kritesh Jain took two wickets. In another match, ELCT Department registered an easy nine wickets win over Control Department. Control Department posted 83-5 in 10 overs. Niraj and Rajesh Lanjewar scored 29 and 23 runs Respectively. For ELCT (TRD) Department, Kamal Jeet Sahu and Mangesh took two wickets each. In reply, ELCT (TRD) Department, knocked off the runs in 6.1 overs. Gajndra Parate top-scored with 48 runs for the winners. In another match of the day, ENGG (A) Department cantered to a 10-wicket win over Personnel Department. Personnel Department could manage only 48 for nine in 10 overs with only Utpal Kant reaching double digits (10). For ENGG (A) Department, Dinesh Yadav took three wickets. ENGG (A) Department scored the required runs in 2.3 overs Rahul and BV Pande 33 and 16 were the run scorers.
