Padma Shri awardee Satyanarayan Nuwal and his wife Neeladevi Nuwal were felicitated at the hands of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari during the inauguration function. On this occasion, a citation written by AID Secretary Dr Vijay Sharma was read out. Nuwal was felicitated for his contribution in Defence sector and promoting Nagpur at international level.
