ICAI Nagpur Branch (WIRC) was recently selected for the All India Best Branch Award (Large Branch Category) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2025–26. The award was presented by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Law & Justice, Government of India, in the presence of ICAI President CA Charanjot Singh Nanda and Vice President CA Prasanna Kumar D.

 

The award ceremony was held at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida during the ICAI annual function held alongside the World Forum of Accountants (WOFA 2.0). The event was attended by Chartered Accountants from across the country. During the year 2025–26, under the Chairmanship of CA Dinesh Rathi, the Nagpur Branch organised a wide range of professional programmes including seminars, conferences, workshops, training programmes, intensive study courses, certificate courses and interactive meetings. These programmes focused on practical exposure, professional development, emerging areas of practice and knowledge enhancement for members.
