While sharing insights from his entrepreneurial journey and leadership experiences, Satyanarayan Nuwal, Founder and Chairman of Solar Industries India Ltd, on Monday said that ethics build lasting respect, trust, and true success. Emphasizing the importance of values in business, he remarked, “If you have to choose between ethics and success, always choose ethics — because success without ethics may be temporary.” Nuwal was addressing the members of CII Vidarbha during its zonal annual meeting held in the city. In addition to this, the new leadership of the CII Vidarbha Zonal Council for FY 2026–27 was also announced on the occasion. Amitabh Sinha, Managing Director, Metlok Private Limited, will take over as the Chairman of CII Vidarbha Zonal Council, while Satyendra Kumar, Director – Industrial Operations & Projects (South West Asia) at Calderys India Refractories Ltd., will assume the role of Vice Chairman.

 

Sinha brings extensive experience in production engineering, applications engineering, marketing, and management. As the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Metlok Private Limited since 1991, he has been providing solutions to the industry in the field of adhesives and sealants. Satyendra Kumar has over 30 years of experience in industrial operations, multi-plant management, and strategic project leadership in the refractory sector. Earlier, welcoming the delegates, Shree Jamdar, Chairman of the CII Vidarbha Zonal Council and Partner at Kinetic Gears, highlighted the key initiatives and activities undertaken by the Vidarbha Zone during the year. He also presented a brief overview of the zonal initiatives and reaffirmed the council’s commitment to continue strengthening industry engagement and initiatives in the region.
