THE MIDC Industries Association (MIA) along with Institute of Insolvency Professional Agency of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, will be organising a programme on ‘Reimagining MSME Survival–Strategic Use of Insolvency Framework under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016’. The programme will be held on March 12, 2026 from 3 pm to 7 pm at MIA House, Hingna MIDC, Nagpur.

 

For MSMEs, the IBC mechanism offers an opportunity for revival and restructuring rather than closure. The Pre-Pack Insolvency Resolution process, designed specifically for MSMEs, allows promoters to remain involved while working towards business recovery. The session aims to create awareness among MSMEs on using IBC framework for revival, restructuring, and business continuity.
