Discussion on department-wise demand for grants will begin in the House in the on-going budget session of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar on Monday. The discussions on department-wise demand for grants will be held in the House from March 9 to 17. The Chhattisgarh Appropriation Bill-2026 will be tabled in the House on March 17, while March 18 has been set as the date for discussion and passage of the Appropriation Bill. The proceedings of the House will begin with the question hour at 11 am on Monday. Several reports will be tabled in the House on Monday.

 

Besides, two call attention motions will be moved in the House. BJP MLA Bhavan Bohra will raise the issue of non-distribution of forest right lease through a call attention motion in the House. Congress MLA Byas Kashyap will raise the issue of violation of industrial policy in the factories of the state through another call attention motion in the House. Discussions on Deputy CM Arun Sao’s department and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma’s departments will be held in House on Monday.
