Hyundai’s new IONIQ 5 with enhanced range, advanced technology and refined design was launched at the Ketan Hyundai showroom on Amravati Road at the hands of Amit Deshpande, Area Sales Head Hyundai Motors India Ltd, Gautam Kale, Managing Director, and Nidhi Kale Vice President, Operations Ketan Hyundai, on Saturday.

Also present on the occasion were Hitesh Netankar, TSM HMIL, Leslie Salve, General Manager, Sales; and Surjeet Singh, Sales Head, Ketan Hyundai.

 

Elaborating on the product, Geoffrey Caston, Group Trainer, Ketan Hyundai, mentioned that the New IONIQ 5 now comes with an 84.0 kWh battery pack delivering up to 690 kms of driving range (ARAI certified). The New Hyundai IONIQ 5 comes with an updated exterior design featuring new front and rear bumpers and new alloy wheel design, enhanced interiors with a new 3 Spoke leather steering wheel with 4 -dots illuminated design and redesigned centre fascia, an introduction of 31.24 cm (12.3”) ccNC navigation system and C-OTA updates.

 

It also features improved safety and driver assistance with features such as Parking Collision Avoidance Assist - rear and side parking distance warning, new remote immobilization feature for enhanced vehicle theft protection via Hyundai Bluelink connected car technology.

 

Having secured the prestigious World Car of the Year title along with multiple global accolades and being recognised as the Green Car of the Year at Indian Car of the Year Awards, the IONIQ 5 has set new benchmarks in design, technology and sustainability.

 

The new Hyundai IONIQ 5 is offered in following colours with an Obsidian Black interior theme - Gravity Gold Matte, Midnight Black Pearl, Titan Grey and Optic White. The new Hyundai IONIQ 5 will be available at an ex-showroom price of Rs 55,70,000.
