APOLLO Basketball Club, Tilak Nagar, Nagpur is participating in the Stephan Koshy Jacob International Master’s Basketball Tournament at Kottayam, Keralam to be held in the last week of June. This is a prestigious tournament where teams from Sri Lanka, Bahrain and Oman are participating. There are more than 120 teams participating in different events from 30 + to 70 + age groups in both men and women categories. Apollos are fielding four teams in various categories. All players are above 60 years of age.

 

There are two teams in the category of age 65 + in 3 on 3format. Also, one team of 60 +category is playing 3 on 3 format. Lastly, all 12 players areplaying in the 5 on 5 format. All players who happen to besenior citizens are all excitedto show their old skills in theinternational meet.
