ADDRESSING the State-level
Independence Day ceremony at
Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal
after unfurling the national tricolour on the 80th Independence
Day, Chief Minister Dr Mohan
Yadav unveiled an ambitious
roadmap for youth empowerment and skill enhancement
across Madhya Pradesh. The
Chief Minister declared the year
2027 as dedicated to youth welfare, outlining a comprehensive
strategy anchored on seven core
pillars: quality education, skill
development, entrepreneurship,
employment generation, startup
growth, sports and culture, and
leadership development.
Under the major skill development initiative, the State
Government plans to enroll and
train over one lakh youths in
Industrial Training Institutes
across Madhya Pradesh over the
next twelve months. Additionally,
10,000 young professionals will
receive advanced skill-based
technical training every year at
the Global Skills Park. The
Government aims to equip local
youth with industry-ready capabilities to bridge the skill gap and
align human resources with
modern industrial demands.
Over the next two-and-a-half
years, the administration will
implement a targeted campaign
focusing on youths who failed
their Class 10 examinations or
discontinued studies after the
tenth grade. The initiative aims
to provide specialised vocational skills and practical training to
school dropouts, enabling them
to secure sustainable employment opportunities within the
state, across the country, and in
international labor markets.
Startup expansion
focuses on emerging
technology sectors
HIGHLIGHTING the rapid
expansion of the local startup
ecosystem, Chief Minister Dr
Mohan Yadav announced plans
to scale the total number of
recognised startups from 8,000
to over 12,000 while establishing
one hundred new incubation
centres Statewide. The
Government plans to actively
involve micro, small, and medium enterprises in high-growth
technology sectors, including
drones, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, space technology, and green manufacturing.
Fast track courts
established for
recruitment litigation
TO ADDRESS delays in public
recruitment processes, the State
Government decided to establish four dedicated fast-track
courts in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior,
and Jabalpur. These specialised
judicial forums will focus exclusively on the rapid resolution of
court cases related to competitive recruitment examinations,
safeguarding candidate interests and preventing prolonged
delays in Government job
appointments.
State recognition
planned for creative
digital creators
IN ALIGNMENT with the
growth of the digital economy,
the State Government
announced awards to honour
digital content creators across
various creative categories.
Embracing the concept of the
Orange Economy, the administration plans to foster growth
across multimedia, gaming,
digital art, media, entertainment, culture, and spiritual
content, encouraging creative
youth to contribute positively
to social development.
Sports infrastructure
expands across all
Assembly seats
REAFFIRMING commitment
to athletic talent, the Chief
Minister announced that the
Government will construct a
modern sports stadium in
every legislative assembly constituency under the Chief
Minister Yuva Shakti Scheme.
The initiative aims to nurture
grassroots sports talent and
build world-class athletic infrastructure, building on recent
international accolades
achieved by athletes from
Madhya Pradesh.
