THIS time no surprise ! At least for Madhya Pradesh- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced Natin Nabin’s team. From Bundelkhand, party picks former State President V D Sharma who was waiting for his role in the organisation since last one year as Hemant Khandelwal was elected unopposed the Madhya Pradesh State President of the BJP, notably, without any fanfare. This appointment has dealt a major blow to factional leaders within the BJP, and Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav’s strategy has proven entirely successful. The party’s top leadership has once again made it clear that, in Madhya Pradesh, priority will be given to the party’s grassroots workers. Back to the appointment at National team, it can be said that Sharma has got reward for his patience.

 

He has been credited with BJP’s victory in the State in 2023 Assembly and 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Lal Singh Arya, the National Vice-President, has served as an MLA and a Minister of State in Madhya Pradesh. He also possesses extensive organisational experience, having served as the National President of the BJP’s Scheduled Caste Morcha. The new team has also given place to young and women leaders like Kavita Patidar. MP Kavita Patidar has been made the National Minister from Madhya Pradesh. She is also a Rajya Sabha MP and she comes from Malwa region. Gajendra Singh Patel was elected to the Lok Sabha from Khargone (Nimar region) of the State. The search for a new Media In-charge will begin in BJP and it will be announced soon.
