OVER 220 yoga players from Nagpur,Chandrapur,Gondia, Wardha, Amravati, Washim, Yavatmal and Bhandaraparticipated at the 20th State Yogasana Championshipthat commenced at Kamgar Kalyan Bhavan in Raghujinagar on Tuesday. The event is being jointly organisedbytheAchieversSports Club,Maharashtrakamgar kalyan Mandal along with Nagpur Yogasana Sports Association, under the aegis of Vidarbha Yoga Association. Exceptional athletes will be selected for National Yogasana Championship, scheduled to be held in Manipur in October.

 

At the outset, the championship was inaugurated by Kumar Masram, Chief Patron of the All India Yoga Culture Federation. KishoreBagde,VicePresident, Vidarbha Olympic Association, SachinWanjari,CentreDirector, MaharashtraKamgar Kalyan Bhavan, and Sachin Mathane, Vice President, Vidarbha Yoga Association,werepresenton the occasion. Pankaj Kunde,Sandeep Mohanto,DilipBhoyar,DrTaral Nagmoti, Laxmikant Meshram and Shreyash Rangariare the technicalmanagers for theevent.
